Stunning rooftop terrace views.

My room was unbearably hot, forcing me to open the window. Unfortunately, this led to numerous mosquito bites during my stay. Additionally, the facilities were lacking for a 4-star hotel, with instant coffee and impractical paper cups.

this stay in florence really exceeded my expectations! the rooftop bar had stunning views of the city, and the breakfast selection included fresh pastries and fruits. the staff was genuinely helpful and provided great dining recommendations....

Noise disruptions from the surrounding streets can be quite bothersome!!! Also, some rooms lacked sufficient heating, making for an uncomfortable chill at night.

The hotel's decor beautifully fuses classic elegance with modern touches. I particularly adored the high vaulted ceilings adorned with frescoes, making every corner so charming and inviting, perfect for leisurely walks around the hotel's...  

Staying at this hotel was a memorable experience! The rooftop bar provided stunning views of Florence, especially at sunset. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and our family dog was warmly welcomed, adding to our enjoyable stay in this charming city....

The rooftop bar stole the show, offering breathtaking views that turned our evenings magical. The staff were exceptionally attentive, making us feel like VIPs during our stay.

However, our room felt cramped with minimal storage—just a few hangers but no drawers. It was a puzzle trying to fit all our belongings in such limited space.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay

We had a pleasant two-night stay, enjoying spacious rooms and the impressive rooftop bar. The breakfast was lovely, with attentive staff. A minor hiccup occurred with our dinner. however, the serene ambiance made up for it. Pro tip, reach early for breakfast as seating can fill up quickly.

The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll from the Duomo, making it so easy to explore the city. Breakfast was exceptional, with an amazing variety, and the rooftop view was stunning, adding a special touch to the experience. However, the bathroom layout could use some improvement, as it felt quite cramped. Additionally, the rooftop bar was unexpectedly closed during our visit, limiting access to that beautiful view. Overall, a wonderful stay with friendly staff and a great atmosphere.
